How to remove an Inactive clan leader?

Good evening,
I was wondering about whether there's an ability to remove an inactive clan leader (since 2018) from the position and replace him with someone else, the clan currently have no lieutenants and I am the highest ranking (and only active member of the clan).

The support team can't transfer the leadership of a clan manually, If a clan leader haven't logged in for 90 days his role will be transferred to the next in line.
Most likely a Lieutenant will be assigned instead.
