Ban ranked

Detected as hacktool user, not able ranked match
3973 DAYS, OMG

I have not played a single ranked and I have been banned, much less I use illegal programs .. I think it is absurd, I come from Crossfire ES, one of the best players in their past seasons and in NA I have not played a single game and I they ban.
