Facing a problem with the February patch

Hello everyone! After the February update, when I attempt to update, the game patcher runs very slow and the download rate is extremely low. I dunno why exactly this is happening because I've never faced such an issue before. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game and checked my internet connection but non of that worked. I currently can't update the game and hence can't play. Any solution will appreciated.
