Watch Replays with CF closed

In these days of sorrow, where there are more hackers than normal players, I spend more time making bans than playing the game itself.
Sometimes, the CFR system has failures while watching the replays online (ingame).

If the files could be downloaded for example in .vlc, instead of just .cfr, we could check them offline. Could it be possible to adapt the replay files, so that we're able to watch them while we're not ingame? What do you guys think?

Would actually be nice to be able to do that, but I don't think they will enable it. There are probably some way to convert the file with some free app floating around anyway.

Something that could happen, but hardly never will since you need to access the CF client to open the replays.
