They only accpet .cfr replays you need to save a game not to record video ,,, if it was ZM that you can't save the game and use bandi cam for example you will need to upload this video to media fire and provide the link of the video through regular support ticket ,, id you have .cfr replay you need just only to choose send a ticket and from left list choose hack reporting
