Ribbons

My ribbon for owning 5 different shotguns does not show up on my profile, i own 870P Breacher, XM1014, Dual Desperado, KS 23, SPAS 12
P.S. spas 12 also does not show up in my inventory on the crossfire profile page? What should i do?
