Game patcher error

i got a problem when run the game, it said self-patching and keep flashing on and off, i can't click on the Play button, anybody here can help me with that problem? I tried to uninstall and reinstall several times but it still happen

Try running it in windows 8 compat mode. It worked for me

i'm using laptop with prebuild window 10, but thanks anyway
