10TH aniversay collection rewards haven't received

I have completed the 10TH aniversary collection and I haven't received the rewards yet please help.

I logged in and opened my profile and in collections tell me that there are 16 guns to be collected and I have 14 when in fact are just 14 to be collected, please help.

The two players who already received the Chicken Grenade don't have all the anniversary weapons from the collection but still have 14 on the counter. It seems like the collection is applying two unrelated weapons to the counter.

Which have no sense, maybe it's bugged, I hope they solve it.
