Save the game in mass mutation mode!!

Hello I would like to know why in MASS MUTATION mode, we can't save the game when it's over so we can report players with HACK??
There is no votekick in this mode either, to kick players with HACK... by the way, in no MUTATION mode there is votekick, so players with HACK are abusing EVERY DAY AND EVERY TIME!! That way it gets hard to play, they will end up asking for many players because of this reason!!!
