Account stolen
Hello,
My main account has been stolen.. I had been inactive for a while and i recently came back to gaming and notice my password wasn't working anymore.
I go to "Forgot your password?" and fill in my registered e-mail. and notice that my registered e-mail is also not working for my account..
So the conclussion is mt account is stolen and lost the password and E-mail..
Then i login on this account and go to send a "support ticket" I fill in the questions asked, one of them is about the current E-mail but i do not know this one since its stolen.. and i cannot leave it black so i fill in my last registered E-mail of the account that i know.
Also provide them with tons of old Transaction ID's and screenshots of them ( i swear i've spend thousands of dollars on this game )
and give them all my old passwords and E-mails etc..
But then day later i go check and see the Request has been declined.. and im like wtf... i gave all information i have.. and i do it again and provide them with even more details and screenshots.. and again it gets denied?? i feel like the support staff isn't even reading my support ticket since I get the same Auto message from them...
What else can i do to get my account back ?? i play this game since 2009.. well over 10 years..

Hi, Specialize.To give you the long answer: If someone put your ID and password into the website, that means someone had your ID and password. If someone had your ID and password, that means you gave it to him. If you gave it to him, that means you shared your account info. If you shared your account info, you violated terms and conditions.
No one in the forum can help you. Nobody can help you better than a GM from support.

Nobody but me ever had access to my account. i would never give out my information to anyone.
I just can't understand how someone can even get the email changed without any of the crucial information that is literaly only in my head.
As if the staff just given away my account.
All the support tickets i send get same automated responses. The GM's don't even read the appeals.
