Cannot find file needed for patch

I've been trying to play the game from time to time but every time I try to play I keep on getting the "Cannot find file needed for patch" Last time I updated the game was about 6-7 months ago. Is there anything I can do? I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I reset my PC every time I do it. I've seen to move some advice to move some files around but I still do not get any results.
