Network connection error. Moving to Lobby (1033_10136)

hi , so since yesterday the game keeps kicking me out from all rooms for no reason after i join or it kicks me fast when it reach 45% when it's loading , even in BOT room ill get this error.
installed new windows and same thing.
anyone facing same issue or had this issue in the past and solved it ?
