Why cant I send myself the link to change my password to recover my old account anything i can do to fix it sent in about 5 tickets to recover but no matter how much information i give its never enough i dont understand how you expect someone to remember transaction drom 10 years ago

There is a problem from Yahoo Side not Z8 side so the best thing is to provide them with your Information and ask to change you email and it isn't only your transactions ID that will help just remember your correct info and they will help you

I called Yahoos Tech side today they ran all diagnostics on their side and said its on Z8games end not theirs

Facing the same problem .... i think the least they can do is to send us a link to change password or email manually since they've been trying to fix it for more than a year
