Hard to come across committed players, I feel like there are many comp players who are just out there on their own, not knowing what to do or how to get back in the scene.

You know? It could be that it's easier for teams to drop their players nowadays, instead of mentoring/teaching them and helping them grow. Everyone can git gud if they are taught well.
