Account deleted or what is happening?

Hello, I've stoped playing CrossFire with some of my friends a few years ago but my account remained and my clan Love At War and now I want to start playing again on my old account with my friends with their old accounts, the problem is they still have their accounts and can play but I can't login into my account, I know the email, ID and password but i can't login, it says that the password don't work, so I've tried to recover the password and I've typed the email I had on that account and it says that the email has been sent but I don't receive any mails, they're not on spam neither on inbox. What can I do to receive that mail to reset my password? Please help me. I want my account back, I've had alot on it. Thank you!
