Snake ring affect erro

When i turn of the HP and ammo HUD (I press save)
and restart the game it and login back and play the game it keep showing the HP and Ammo HUD even i press save when i turn off the ring affect
If you wondering why just not use the ring well because i have good bonus affect so i need it
