vip problem

i have some kind of bug after last patch, vip guan yu. when i enter the game the gun on the rifle is turned on and i cant turn it of with right click.
i can only fire with gun. help please...

As of right now, according to patch page, the materials for those are not yet available in the game it's just a useless page for now. Likely with the next update we'll see it get put to use is my guess.
