Sound Issues

I am running on windows 10 and i run CF in compatibillity mode to correct the screen resoultion. When in game i can hear everything except for gun firing, footsteps and swapping weapons, i can hear people constantly saying "fire in the hole" but cannot hear any key aspects to the game. I have submitted a ticket but not hear anything back. I have updated sound drivers and tried reinstalling the games two times. If you have any ideas please let me know. Thanks
