completed event and did not recieve the reward

i've completed the FORGOTTEN ONES event and did not recieve any of the rewards , any help please !

If you missed any day of any event just abandon it and wait the next one, Unless if you want to complete it for fun not for its rewards!

For those of you sending tickets that you didnt get your rewards for Forgotten Ones, so far 100% of you sending the tickets did not complete every day of the event.

The days to complete were 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26. Thats 6 days. Everyone so far that I've seen a ticket from has completed only 5 days.

and I still didn't get the ribbon , I sent a support ticket and didn't get any reply , If they say that I didn't complete all days then their trackers are broken and that's not my problem.
This game is only getting worse and unfair with time ...
