Think most players are hoping to see new coupon weapons soon and perhaps a little more often than in the past. However, the problem with re-releasing those 'old school' guns in the coupon section is that it leaves the players without them who are waiting with nothing to use their coupons for too. Plus you'll find yourself among the rarity debate with some of those. (mainly the gold weapons listed) and some are still wanted enough that there might be people who will buy crates to get them like the AK Phoenix.

I think it's best if they just stick to weapons that haven't been released with a perm version of whatever skin that gets put in there. That way it remains new to everyone and no arguments between rarity and what not. The only issue that arises then would be weapons that are available that people would like and wouldn't just "QQ this weapon is so bad" over.

No no noooo! Many player have them already. I dont want to wait 1 year more for new guns.
