Qbz vip help

i have been buying vips left and right and I need help really badly. I have been holding off on getting the QBZ vip because I was told by many it comes with grenades and by many it doesn't...has anyone bought after presale and gotten the vip grenades with it? cause for 233k zp for just 100%exp boost it better come with nades....jkj
