Ranked matches errors

Hello,

today I was playing ranked matches with 3 of my friends. We won 3 games and when went to 4th game me + 2 guys from opposite game got disconnected from match. Ofc i lost 20 points + i got this error message now:

You are unable to play a ranked match for 29 minutes due to continuously leaving Ranked Matches..

Which is totally wrong, since i havent left a single game.

Any idea how to fix it? And is there any way you can refund this? Lately I am playing only Ranked Matches and this is so freaking irritating.
