Static Crosshairs

Title says it all, i think a lot of players would LOVE this change.
Having an option to change your crosshair from dynamic to static (and maybe adding some new crosshairs??

)

I don't really care about having the crosshair static personally, but I'd love to see some new options.

I want full-on customisation, that'd be decent.
