Problem with my password

Hi, my problem is that I forgot the password needed to enter crossfire and I don't know how to remember / recover the password.
(I clarify that it is the password before entering the game and not that of z8games)

I tried with the z8games password and nothing, I tried to change it using the link you provided me and I tried that new password and it doesn't leave me either, and I tried with my z8games user and my crossfire user and nothing. it always puts me that the user does not exist in z8games
