Remaining Lan spots? There was qualifiers for lan spots. When was this announced?

Someone told me about this, and I couldn't resist commenting.

*multiple people appeal on my behalf, Hoon says he needs to "teach me a lesson" and ignores them*



Me: Okay, well, I still love the game & want to help the community. I notice you don't have any casters for the Egyptian qualifiers, I can stream / cast it? The other casters are also asking me to cast & stream, since they can't make it this year.

Hoon: We have other casters in line, they are mistaken. There's no need for that.

*qualifiers happen, and, shocker, there's no stream*
