ZM 2 Bug

I encountered a new (For me) bug playing ZM2 - Shattered Station Hard today. It happened around the beginning of one of the later stages. I set a new mine in base and suddenly i had zero HP and AC. But i wasn't dead, i could run around just fine and the monsters were ignoring me.

First i thought that it was a "Getting thrown out of the game error", but nothing happened. I tried to shoot, nothing happened. Then i pressed the right-mouse button which changes ammo in my AK-47 - Buster, suddenly everything was fine again. Full health and Armor, i could shoot and the monsters were attacking me again. I finished the match and the next one worked without problems. Thought that i would report it here anyway.
