Resolution bugged out

I want to start the game but when i do my resolution in the home menu goes to... extremly low? (something like 800x600)
And the screen is located at the under right corner. That means i cannot change the resolution because its offscreen.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Now usually you run on that problem when you start game in window mode and click desktop or try open other prog. while game is loading.

    Anyway to fix-it you can close the game from task manager and start again, if game window will

    My game is in fullscreen and restarting doesnt help. I can also not change to desktop.
