Recently, there are a lot of plug-ins in the game. I also reported a lot of reports. No one handled it at all.

It takes a long time for them to ban people. It's still summer and maby still vacation time, so they might be short staffed.
They will never tell you if they banned some one either, so all you can do is report and wait. If the player is still there after 2 months, your proof was not enough to ban them.
