Why can't I get ribbon?

first of all hi,
I have 39 ribbons, but the 40th ribbon does not come. My friend made 39 before me and took his 40th ribbon the next day. I've been waiting for 2 days, but my 40th ribbon hasn't arrived. I'd appreciate it if you helped.

The 40th ribbon came to my friend without doing anything. Maybe because he's a VIP. I'm currently working for the 40th ribbon.

i have gotten my ribbons like that, both for 30 and for 40. When i reached 29, i had 30 the next day etc... (and i own no permanent VVIPs)

I wish i could tell you, but i got no idea, maybe it's intended or maybe some bug. Send a ticket to the GM's and ask or wait until you get another ribbon and see if you get number 41 at the same time.
