Just reload the page until it works. It's been like this for me in almost every announcement for two months.

I think that happens if GM is editing a thread or simply thread isn’t ready to be viewed by players so it gets “locked” till they are ready to announce whatever the thread is about.

Thats also what I thought at first. However it already had many views and comments so I guess its just a bug or something. Its working now so its alright.

I've also gotten the message that I've been permanently banned by Gm Kanadian for flaming, while not even being logged in, multiple times over the past weeks. This forum is completely broken beyond repair.
