CF EU competetive scene

Hello everyone. I was playing CF back in 2012 i think and there were plenty of esl tournaments etc. back then. How is the situation now? Is there any competetive EU scene? I checked official website and found some good tournaments but i can't find any information, if EU players can participate in them. If yes – there are many of EU teams? In shortcut – is there something to do if i would like to play competetive? I'll need to find the team too.
