iv'e been playing 3 weeks and trying to get the 5K EP everyweek but unfortunately i can't get the ep after ending missions, is there any problem ?!

There is no EP events this month. If it isn't in announcements here on the forum, there is no event in game. Check announcements before you play next time. Also remember that EP events are only on the weekends, not the weeks, if there is an event.
