Lost complete quarter of Ranking Gauge = "Matching Game/Players" was running but stopped = game did NOT start = but i got punished !

This just happend a second time - pls CF do something!

I have NO Provider! and oder Internet! Problems!
I have a Ping of 12! constant!
I have 50Mbits Down ! constant!
I have 10Mbits Up ! constant!

I use:
Intel i5-6600K CPU
MSI Z170m Mortar
2400 MHZ 16 GB DDR4
RX 470 4GB GPU

= with constant more than 150 FPS !

I have NO other software running = like FireWall, AntiVir or so = while gaming!

CF is completly fresh and new installed !

This is a CF (server) Problem !

Just happend again !
While "Matching Players" i droped out of this matching = and gut punished by loosing "Ranking Gauge" stats.

This is getting rediculous. I lost so many points to this already, and I can't rejoin after being DCed but have to start a new game everytime. Thus, each time it happens I lose 20 hard-earned points.

I did two Support Tickets = Yesterday and Today = Both still opene.

Will see if Support will do something. . . but as far as i'm informed = nothing will happen.

Well we cant do anything unless and until they consider it a problem and take action for the same..Till then we can just complain and wait

Same here. Support answered to the Ticket with = they don't know about any Problem and they will do nothing.

Yeah, have the same problem, good ping, very good internet connection - and get kicked off with hardly earned points... It is really frustrating...
Now, it happens to elemental temple, too...
