My account got blocked

Hey there, long time ago i left CF, when i came back and tried to log in my account " -VeXx " I found that its banned!
Actually i never used hacks/acted toxic.
I have submitted alot of tickets they do not believe me.
Before that i found the password/yahoo was changed.
I got everything about the account so i could recover it unless its not blocked, it must be unblocked to recover it, at least just unblock it and see if it really belong to me or not since i can recover it...
