Nvidia G-sync new update

So since the new update today hit, Nvidia G-sync isn't really compatible with the game anymore. My screen is flashing ( fli_ckering) and the game is running at 20-30fps constantly at the menu and ingame. As soon as i turn off g-sync in Nvidia control panel and restart the game, it runs fine again, when i turn g-sync on again the same problems occur. Is there any fix to this? Does anybody experience the same?

My hardware is RTX 2070 , 16GB Ram and Ryzen 7 3700X, so they're not the issue. I have the latest drivers installed aswell.
