CFCL open admin is a joke

I'm a member of trashtalkers team, we were supposed to play against ACGs and our 1st map against them was supposed to start at 11AM EST we were 3 mins late due to blackbox ac issues and we were ready to start the game at 11:04AM EST they told us that we got disqualified and lost the 1st map and the score is 0-1 and we will start the 2nd map in NA server our team captain immediately contacted the admin who's called Maestro. the admin responded to our team captain and told him that it's 0-1 and we have 15 mins to start the 2nd map, that response was sent to our captain at 11:10AM EST at 11:15AM EST we were ready to start the 2nd game and here's a proof https://prnt.sc/obqdmn .. (5:15 PM = 11:15 AM EST) right after we took that screenshot the admin contacted our team captain saying that it's 0-2 now and we are disqualified for being late? hahahahah [removed] is that? at 11:10 AM EST he said that we've 15 mins and we got disqualified after only 5 mins is it a prank or something? btw the discord chat which held that conversation between the admin and our team captain was deleted by the admin himself right after that [removed] happened.
