Ingame chat filter.

remove the in game chat filter that used to censor many normal words ...... and add commands like what's on discord that automatically mutes certain bad words.

for ex. if one said WT. he gets auto muted for the whole game or for a certain time lets say 1 hour.

but the current chat filter is so irritating.
