It's quite simple for my guess. There is a set of weapons called "CFS celebrate". Links are here: https://crossfirefps.fandom.com/wiki/Special:Search?search=CFS+Celebrate&fulltext=Search&ns0=1&ns14=1#

Since they've added 687 and AK12 in the previous months as the 10th anniversary weapons, it's very likely they would add those remaining weapons such as TMP in the rest of the months.
