disconnected from server 0-3

Hello guys,

it's been 2 days that I keep having the following message after playing for 10 mins

" disconnected from host 0-3 "

That made me losing 7 ranked match rn and idk how to solve this

if anyone of you can assist me to fix this, that would be awesome!!
