What About Change the Time limit of the (Hack,Vpn,Using unwanted Programmers) in the first time be 6 months at least and in the Sec time 1 year then in the 3Rd Permanently banned if this Rule have changed every Account which get banned 1 year or 2 years ago will get back but not any account just account can access the Website i think that's a good idea to get back the old players that their accounts had get banned ! this post will be a Good Discussion to increase players in the game !
So what Do you think about this idea ? can be a good one !
Edit: if this rule changed the banned account which use hack many time will not be unbanned

when it comes to hacks and people using other 3rd party software to get advantages i will honestly say that once a hacker/cheater. always a hacker/cheater. very few of the people banned won't be tempted to not do it again if unbanned. heck many of them just create a new account to continue doing it on anyways. So this is a big fat -1 from me.

Maybe you should create a fifth forum account to self approve again that (terrible) idea of yours
players that got banned for such reason can create a new account so player count will be fine
