Problem with game resolution with 4k Monitor

I have a 4k 27 inch monitor, when I start the game, the whole game is blurry. As far as I know, crossfire can only handle a maximum of full hd. I have to change the resolution from my monitor to full hd before every start. Is there a workaround?

I don't think there's a workaround for this. Only the one you suggested, lowering your monitor's resolution. Or wait until smilegate releases an update with native support for 4k resolutions.
