Network error, start game for 3 seconds kick me off, error message

Thank a lot for the timely reply, it's very kind.

I followed all the instructions and try to reinstall and delete all the files, reset and flush dns. However, i am still kicked by the server.

It seems the problem lies in the configuration loading page stage, as long as i am waiting to get into the game, it bumps a black screen page, then i get lost,

the system bumps out and pop a screen asking whether i want to report.

So the problem is not on my side, i even tryed to top up some zp, but really it didnt work. I'm still stuck in the loading process.
