crossfire errors and i get 0 help
so theres this error literaly EVERYONE knows about and half of the cf population has or at least had (error do you want to send report?) and NOBODY like literaly NOBODY (im not even kidding) knows a solution for this ridicolous stuff!!! NO uninstall didnt work NO restart my pc didnt work NO change the compability didnt work NO change my resolution didnt work and YES absolutely nothing works. they get a ton of money out of this old game and cant even manage to write a proper email to help me. all i got was ''We would like to thank you for reporting this issue. Unfortunately, we are not able to understand the nature of the issue and cannot reproduce it with the information currently provided. Please resubmit your report and provide any detailed steps, screenshots or descriptions as available so that we may best assist you.'' oh yeah damn my bad im sure you've never heard about my issue im sorry. im sorry that youre whole team is so incompetent to find a solution for an well known error what has been there for decades.

True.The problem is from game system,belive me.I was suported from microsoft to fix fps drop in cf,i was suported from nvdia asistance.The result was my device is fine.The problem is from platform gaming.I made alot of tikets to suport me cf administrator.The result was is my problem from my device.Try to reinstal the game.Try to update the drivers.Bla bla and bla bla.They don t care about quality of game,they dont care about you or me,or other players.They care to take money,to fogive cheaters.This game is second hand.I play cf russia and the game works fine.I play battlefield 5,the game works fine.Only this game have alot of isues and gm prefer to create events,but not to fix the main problem.Maybe they will realize in some day,when the ppl stop to play this game.

Same thing for me, and I'm a "Trouble Shooting Expert!" I get the same "ERROR REPORT" for a week now, but today its even WORST than before; I can't even play a game at all! Everytime I Login, go to play ,wait two minutes to join game --- (Pop-up) Disconnect from Server .4... Do you want to "Send Error Report?' No I would like to "Stop getting Errors!" -
I can understand your frustrations. When you are given the response 'we cannot understand your issue' it is not that we do not know what steps to give you for a particular issue. It is that you have not provided us enough information to determine what your issue is. If you say 'error gm fix' its hard for us to determine the solution. What map? What mode? What were you doing when it occurred? What are your system specs, where are you located, what weapons did you have equipped, when did the issue start, what driver versions are you on, is your cpu usage changing at all when playing cf, what anti virus do you use, can you provide us with an image of the error message, what programs are running in the background including any processes, etc etc.
There are too many factors to provide you valid support on 'Error message' without asking you for more information. So when you refuse to give us what we ask for, it makes things difficult.
Please send a ticket, and yes we will give you options to try once you help us figure out whats going on. -

GM, we can't even play the dam game. Every game room I enter it takes forever to load into the map, and then it kicks us out, "Error, would you like to report.",
Bro there's absolutely no information we can provide, this happened after I update the game yesterday. And it will happen every time I join a game room, even after uninstall. -
I can't play even one game I reinstall everything without any fix it just loads for any mode then kick me out to the windows with error report and now it even not give me error just sudden close I try to stay in the game without playing and it kicks me out again I can't believe that crossfire team can't make the game even stable in 2019 !!!

it would probably help if instead of sending automatic responses that you ask them what you just did in this post and not close the ticket after "responding" and end the communication just for them to send another ticket to get no help in an automated response circle. from what i got from this people shouldnt even waste time sending tickets, just post on forums.
