Account Blocked

Hello, my account 'Simas' has been blocked for charge backs and I believe that this is unjust. I tried to charge back ZP that I had bought while playing, when I decided I didn't want to play the game anymore, but PayPal blocked the charge backs on the same day, and as a result I didn't receive a single penny, and was left with a blocked account. Whenever I try to contact support I always get the same response telling me to pay $300 to get my account back. Support feels automated which is quite frustrating as it does not take into account any complex situations. Please help, I will never get my account back relying on support.

    There can be nothing done from here. Such issues can only be fixed through Support Ticket system. If you don't get any help from there, you are probably screwed and won't get your account back.

    The dispute has already been dropped like 6 months or so ago but my account is still locked.

    This is correct. It's not like you can buy a nice pair of shoes, walk on it a bunch of months and than return them. Your transaction is final after a certain period of time, leading to a block if you try to reimburse.
