Kriss Super V not recieved after exchanging coupons.

I did not recieve the Kriss Super V in my inventory, after exchanging 150 coupons for it. Coupons are gone, but no Kriss.

  The inventory sorting is really messy, keep in mind the Kriss might not be in the place you expect it to be. If the Kriss is still missing in the end, send a ticket to http://support.z8games.com/us/
