About recovering my alternative account.

Forgot my password.
So i've tried recovering my alternative account that I setup like 6 or 7 years ago.
I think the email address is z759447157@126.com or 759447157@qq.com but both cannot be access.
The UID and login ID is both z759447157. I've tried submitting tickets but was rejected 2 times without an actual reason.

    1. any account issue can be solved only through support center.
    2. don't post on forum any account details, like ID or account registered email.
    3. most like you don't provide enough info ( or some info are wrong)

    Finally stick with support center if you have all required account info:
    - account registered email
    - account creation date
    - secret answer
    - first IGN of your char in game
    * if you only create the account but never login game and select a char and set a IGN ... that may be a possible issue.
