Cant get into game after HGW.

Patch says ready to play once i click play all other tabs get minimized and the HGW pops up then nothing happens. Attempted to redownload, same thing happened.

Hi

I got the same problem

Win10 Home 64bit
drivers are up to date so far
Im using avira but i tried already to run CF without it

Maybe someone finds out the problem.

What GM Kanadian mentioned on Discord concerning this problem is the following:

Send a ticket to http://support.z8games.com/us/ under the category CrossFire > Other with as much information as possible. For example: the location you're playing from, your dxdiag log and what operating system you're running on.

Things you should check beforehand are the following:

If there are any other people playing on the same network as you
If you have a VPN active
What antivirus you're using and if you added Crossfire to it's exceptions.

As I said, write this in a ticket to support. I recommend you removing above contents asap.

lele shadow u think rly that is a tip " run game as administrator " ? Each time I started as an administrator.

Everything was as always, only that I only reinstalled the game, I did not change anything

I do everything i could do and i cant enter in game.I ask a friend from crossfire Mutiny from Egypt and for him game working ok.I ask what size have folder Z8Games/Crossfire? He said 10 gb.For me is 9.3 gb.I ask him archive the Z8Games and upload into www.mega.nz site.I want play in his game.I tried with laptop of my daughter and failed.I tried using hotspot and nothing.What is going on?Why the game didnt want to be patched?

Game Manager please do not ignore us....we are too many who have this problem.I dont like give up.

I made it works with God help. I uninstalled driver video card Device Manager(last driver from nvidia site) and let windows 10 do update for me.Start game and now working fine.Check delete driver permanent.
Don't forget restart pc before start game.

Don't forget delete driver from Device Manager and don't download driver from nvidia again.They do that for make us buy new videocards.I was up to date always with nvidia drivers.

Case clossed.Thanks GM for do nothing.
