These brackets - [ ] in my IGN.

Hey, I'm having issues changing my IGN. The problem is that I can't do these brackets [ ] and yes, I've tried switching from german keyboard to ENG keyboard settings, it does nothing.
ctrl + g or h doesn't work either (I know it did back in the day) I know for a fact that this worked for me in EU. Halp!

(If this thread is misplaced, don't bash down on me, simply move it)

You can have these [ ] sometimes pop up if you spam the 2 keys that make them, after a line of (((((( delete and repeat.

after hundreds of ( ) you should have them so hopefully you only need two brackets for your ign lol, super weird though

Try to change your keyboard to ENG layout directly from Windows and not CF.

Make sure to also tell support what you are trying to switch your ign too, as well.
