Need to be:

- Active
- Portuguese
- Skilled S&D Scrimmer
- Rifler (Hybrid is nice too)

Need to have:
- Teamspeak (sorry, our sponsor just gives Teamspeak )
- Mic
- ESL Equality working (ESL Anti-Cheat)
