hello. I want to ask if there is any way report ppl for threatening and insulting? there is a high level/rank guy with in game nick [removed] who started to threating and insulting because how dare some low rank with non p2w wepons killed him.

Best advice is to block him in the room so you don't see his chat. also shift+f2 closes all chat, shift+f3 closes team chat, shift+f4 closes clan chat

to reopen the chats later you just press the keys again

It's indeed not allowed to libel anyone here. I'd recommend reporting this person when he's insulting you, since it's against the rules. After you've done that, you should just block him, you shouldn't waste your time on hateful people like this.
